"Lamb of God "

Several years ago I saw this image in my imagination while praying the "Lamb of God" prayer. I was inspired to paint this for lent this year and my youngest son agreed to pose for me. Emotionally, it was a difficult picture to paint, but I am glad I did it. There is a lot of feeling painted into this one.
